Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service

The Pathfinder School is proud to share that on January 15, 2024, students from the school participated in a day of community service in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. This initiative is part of the school's ongoing commitment to instilling values of compassion, empathy, and social responsibility in its students.

Throughout the day, students engaged in various service activities with community partners. These activities include:

Cherryland Humane Society: Students will assist with caring for animals and helping with various tasks around the shelter to support the organization's mission.
Orchard Creek Senior Center and Medilodge: Students will spend time with residents at Medilodge and perform songs and entertainment to brighten their day.
Project Feed the Kids: Students will volunteer with Project Feed the Kids helping with meal preparation and distribution.
Food Drive with Olesons Food Store: Students will participate in a food drive at Olesons Food Store, collecting donations and raising awareness about food insecurity in the community.
